Squirl Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Description: We are giving away 2 copies of The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern to participants who follow @squirlbooks and @vintageanchorbooks on Instagram and tag a friend in the Instagram comments underneath the giveaway. Giveaway Calendar and Timing: The Squirl “The Starless Sea” giveaway begins at 07:00:00 PM CT on September 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on September 6, 2020. The Prize Winners will be determined via random selection on: September 7, 2020. Eligibility: Giveaway is open to all citizens and legal residents or resident aliens of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and consultants of Squirl, Inc., as well as their immediate family members and individuals who are employed by any government office or agency, elected officials and individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List are not eligible to enter or win a prize. To Enter: To enter the giveaway, follow @Squirlbooks and @vintageanchorbooks on Instagram and tag a friend in the Instagram comments underneath the giveaway. Limit one (1) Entry per person. If the Sponsor determines that the content of the Entry is obscene, offensive, inappropriate, or unacceptable for any reason, the Entry will not be eligible for any prize consideration and may be withdrawn without notice from the giveaway. By submitting an Entry, Entrant acknowledges that he/she read, understands and agrees to the Official Rules. Winner Notification and Verification: The Sponsor will contact the potential winner on or about one (1) business day after the respective conclusion of the giveaway. The potential winner will be required to respond within twenty-four hours with contact information. In the event that any potential winner cannot be contacted, or the failure to timely respond with full contact information, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the potential winner declines the prize for any reason the prize will be forfeited. A runner-up may be notified, at the Sponsor’s discretion. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of such winner’s name and entry submission for advertising, promotional purposes, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity.
